She returned to her home town of Arbroath in 1998 and joined our practice in 2005. Jenny is available at our Arbroath Practice on a Wednesday from 9am to 5pm.
Practice managers
Jacqueline McCluskey
Practice Manager
Jacqui joined the practice in 1988 initially as a dental nurse/receptionist. She took on the role of practice manager in 2005 and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. To provide Jacqui with the necessary knowledge and skills required to manage a large modern practice, she completed a professional development award SCQF level 8 in Dental Practice Management in January 2010. Following this course, we were incredibly proud that Jacqui was named as the ‘Dental Practice Manager of the Year’ and was the very first recipient of the Louisa Fraser Memorial Award.
Over the years, Jacqui has formed good relationships with our patients and works hard to ensure they receive the best possible experience when visiting the practice.
Jacqui is available at the Broughty Ferry practice from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
ChildSmile Practitioners
Our Childsmile nurses are extremely popular with the children in our Broughty Ferry and Arbroath practices. They work hard to teach children about the importance of taking good care of their teeth to avoid future dental problems. Their friendly and fun approach helps children to be comfortable and relaxed visiting the dentist. They provide free preventative treatment such as fluoride application, dietary advice and effective tooth brushing instructions.
Heather Garvie GDC number; 173335

Heather started working as a Dental Nurse in 2006, gaining the NEBDN Dental Nursing Qualification in 2008. Heather recently completed her Childsmile Training and looks forward to working with all the children at the practice, especially in our purpose-built Childsmile room.
